The Competition was conducted during the Pacific Rim Real Estate Society Conference 2015 and was held at the Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 18-21st  January 2015.

The University Malaya team, made up of third year students, Tham Wei Kuen and Ngoi Eva, won the clean sweep of the categories offered: People's Choice Award and the Winning Team by the panel of judges. The People's Choice is the category voted by the audience who saw the submissions for the first time, while the Winning Team is an assessment category with a judging panel of industry and academia.

The competition entry qualifications commenced in 2014 last year. "This victory has brought the name of University Malaya into the international arena, where conference and competition participants have recognized the greatness of our students. As the mentor for the team, I hope that this annual competition will continue to get support from both the department and University Malaya with students allowed to participate again in the future, "she said in a statement.
