Software Training Options

Although the EstateMaster products are very easy to learn and use, our training courses are designed to ensure participants have the understanding to utilise the software to its full potential.

Scheduled Training

Hands-on classroom based training where each participant has their own PC to assist them in learning and using the software. These are held throughout the year at designated training locations in various cities.

    Course Description


    The EstateMaster DF Certification Course (Level 1) is a 1 day course designed for new to intermediate users who will be using, interpreting and consulting on development feasibilities and appraisals using the EstateMaster Development Feasibility software.

    The course covers all aspects of the EstateMaster DF software including inputs, features, preference settings, financing, reporting and understanding the key outputs.

    Participants will be provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of development feasibility analysis followed by hands-on software training using case studies to put the theory learnt into practice. All case studies must be completed and corrected to achieve the EstateMaster DF Certification.

    Recommended Participants


    This course is recommended for anyone who will need to use the EstateMaster DF software or interpret its results, such as:

    • Property Developers, who need to appraise property development opportunities and test project feasibility.

    Course Description


    The EstateMaster DM+CC Certification Course (Level 1) is a 1 day course where the full integration of the EstateMaster Property Development Suite will be explored. The focus will be on the software features and functions of EstateMaster Development Management (DM) and Corporate Consolidation (CC).

    This course is designed to use practical industry examples to demonstrate the ability of EstateMaster DM to record actual cash flows (using integration with corporate accounting systems), track current forecasts against previously agreed forecasts, reforecast future cash flows and then update key financial performance indicators across the life of the project.

    Using EstateMaster CC, participants will explore setting up development portfolios comprising of multiple project cash flows, discover how to apply portfolio-level financing, and generate the various reports available for consolidation and comparative analysis.

    Participants will be provided with hands-on software training using case studies to put the theory learnt into practice. All case studies must be completed and corrected to achieve the EstateMaster DM+CC Certification.

    The EstateMaster IA Certification Course (Level 1) is designed for new to intermediate users who will be using, inputting, interpreting and consulting on real estate valuations and investment appraisals using the EstateMaster Investment Appraisal software.

    The course covers all aspects of the EstateMaster IA software including tenancy inputs, preference settings, outgoings and capital expenditure, financing, investor distributions and reporting.

    Participants will be provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of valuation theory and leasing terminology followed by hands-on software training using a case study to put the theory learnt into practice. The case study must be completed and corrected to achieve the EstateMaster IA Certification.



    Recommended Participants


    This course is recommended for anyone who will need to use the EstateMaster IA software or interpret its results, such as:

    • Real Estate Valuers/Appraisers, who need to undertake commercial or retail property valuations based on DCF and Income Capitalisation.
    • Financiers and Investors, who are providing debt or equity funding for potential property acquisitions or analysing investment opportunities.
